Function Centre

The Max Hazelton Aero Centre is available for hire for suitable functions such as 

• Conferences
• Training Courses
• Trade Displays
• Club Meetings

The main auditorium can be set up with comfortable chairs for an audience of up to 100 persons, or with tables and chairs for up to 60 persons.

It features an overhead projector which accepts inputs from a number of sources, projecting onto a motorised drop down screen, with audio provided from multiple speakers throughout the building. Two radio microphones are available, and specialised sound & lighting equipment can be separately hired from Centrestate Sound & Lighting, located on the airfield.

Male, Female and disabled toilet facilities are available.

Access from the apron can be provided for flying visitors, subject to CASA and Council requirements for airside access.

The site has a well-equipped kitchen, suitable for preparation and serving of light refreshments or hot finger food, but it is not a commercial kitchen. There are a number of caterers in Orange who are able to provide this service.

The building has a licenced bar, and the club can provide bar staff if this facility is required.
